The website is excellent. Free returns is true from personal experience. I bought a 55'' refurbished TV - I've had it for a week now and works fine.

"I purchased a Grade A espresso machine at an unbeatable price. Although refurbished, all parts of the machine were immaculate and well-packaged. An added savings was that shipping was free, and the item was promptly delivered. Will definitely browse VIP before next small appliance purchase."
