I placed an online order. My card showed the authorization amount. After 3 days I called to see when my order would ship,and I was told it was cancelled! They never sent an email or told me why .

i found the exact item in New condition on VIP Outlet forless than half the price that i was looking at on Amazon. anything i want i will check on VIP Outlet first

Ordered a Netgear modem/router. Arrived about 1 week later and refurb unit was in very good condition, virtually new, so it matched their "A" condition. No install paperwork with the unit, but most tech companies provide that same info. online, so no problem Invoice also on line...So far working well, price was good and an overall good purchase.

I ordered a wrekkin slam mobile with braun stroman. It was the best deal around just because the box was a little damaged, and they even taped it all up before they sent it to me. My children are going to be soo happy!!

Spoke with a nice gentleman about obtaining a refund.

I bought iPad mini. I was happy to buy it with good cost until I opened the box. On vipoutlet website and the box, it was described latest WiFi Cellular model and brand new one, but I received the older WiFi model. I feel like I was in scam. I immediately requested replacement or refund. I suspect they don’t check much on their goods. I need iPad mini for work. So I hope for their correct and quick support. Add after refund: Vipoutlet staff helped me and refunded quickly. They honestly apologized me about my this experience. They said that they would notify me and give some coupon when they stock newest iPad mini. I expect them to give me some good experiences after this. Additional experience: After few weeks, I asked a additional question. But they haven’t answered yet, even though it has been past a few days when I asked.

.I bought a 65" Smart T.V. from VIPOUTLET.COM on ebay. It has a large crack, VIPOUTLET posts a toll free 888 number that they refuse to answer, the fed x box it has no return information, although they state they guarantee items for 30 days and will pay for returns. It seems to me they are operating with impunity. I plan to file a complaint with my master charge company with hopes that enough consumers complain and stop them from doing business
