I had never heard of this company but it was a smooth transaction. I ordered a like new Milwaukee packout. It came quickly and looked brand new.

Order 27538691. I ordered the same item during Thanksgiving but got cancelled after 4 weeks no shipping. Got a reply from VIPOUTLET and offered a 20% coupon. Great, I will give the benefit of a doubt. Same item came in stock again. I ordered the same item on Dec 29, 2019. Guess what, same thing. They charged my credit card without shipping, then on 1/18/20 they cancelled the order. I followed up with customer service diligently every week, but got the same reply it is in process and they sent a message to the warehouse to follow up. On Dec 29 the website shows qty of 18 until today qty of 0. Looks up they are fulfilling the order, but just not my order, despite I call every week. May be my last name of "Cheung" caused the problem, may be I used the 20% off coupon they offered last time caused the problem. No one knows and I am frustrated more that ever. NO MORE VIPOUTLET for me.

Still waiting for my refund from my purchase on 11/29, its sad and unfortunate that some consumers have to go through this. Filed a police report and everything, now it's in the hands of my financial institution.

Update: Tracking info was sent the morning after purchase. Original scheduled delivery was delayed, but eventually made it to me. TV is in great working, refurbished condition. I have just made a purchase and I will update as I receive info.

I have ordered numerous items from VIP Outlet over the past year and never disappointed. Excellent prices on items I've ordered. Free Shipping on everything (even the 72 pound gas grill I purchased at 1/3 the price I would have had to pay locally for the same make & model)! Excellent products accurately described. Tracked shipping. Some items shipped direct from VIP Outlet headquarters, some items drop-shipped from other warehouses. I check the website at least once a week for newest offered items as many items are in very limited quantities and sell out fast.

I am happy I ignored the negative reviews on here. I purchased a desktop computer from VIP Outlet. I couldn’t find a cheaper price anywhere else and the shipping was very quick. The best part is they provide a warranty on their products just in case anything arrived in not perfect condition. I will absolutely use their company again in the future.

I was so worried about some of the negative reviews, but all turned out fine and I received my order very quickly and mostly as described (minor dent on one of the toolbox panels) - hence the 4 stars. I would purchase from VIP Outlet again
