Item arrived quickly and was in like new condition even though it was rated as B stock in the description

I placed an order and it said it was out of stock. I went to walmart online and purchased the item I needed. I got a text alert on a charge from VIP Outlet. I called them an hour after my purchase and was on the phone for over an hour as they could not find my order and needed help from the back office. After they found my order, I requested they cancel it. I was told it would be cancelled. I called couple of hours later just to confirm they cancelled my order. Again, on the phone for an hour as I wanted to wait and make sure it was cancelled. Again, I was assured that it would be cancelled and I would get my money back within 48 hours. I received an email a day later that the order has been shipped. I called again and was told that they have no control over the system. What???? So being told twice the day before that my order would be cancelled was a lie????? Now I have to wait for who knows how long to get my money back. They told me they have sent request to intercept the package. We will see how long this takes. What makes it worst, the customer service reps I have talked to need to work somewhere else. Lack of accountability nor care of mistakes they made. I will never order from this website again.

I got a lol 14 pack , I was sold as new Truth the box was opened any collectable was replaced . The RIP OFF a 10 year old little girl. Do not buy from here they are not hone Well this has been going on for two weeks now. My grandchild had been saving befor crishmess. So I put 65.00 in with she had. We picked one off ebay, because my sister has done bizzness with you befor.so the box comes my grandfather was so happy. Then she notices two things 1 the toy we shipped coletcter itim and ship it it same box. No it was not new used box had been open some things had been taken out and replaced with other stuff. So there this is a handy cap little girl. She is playing with what she go. How do I take that from her now After talking with her she though that 35.00 would be fair who some that sold a used toy to a 10year old kid and then stop talked to ebay no help becous it's just not right that I should have to take that toy away from her pack it up send it back wate another 3 or 4 weeks to get it back not right comp her the 35.00 she asked for. About a year ago, I ordered a 65" LG TV from VIPOutlet, which is apparently a liquidation arm of Walmart, with overseas phone support. The TV arrived with cracks running throughout the screen and was unusable. After viewing detailed photos, rather than pick up the product, the company advised me to dispose of it locally. When I informed them the town charged a $15 disposal fee for "large" TV's, they wrote me that they would issue the credit to my credit card. Because the credit actually showed up as a (rarely used) paypal balance, rather than a credit card adjustment and from a different name than VIPOutlet, I only recently learned (from VIP) that the disposal fee credit, had, in fact, been handled as promised and in a timely fashion, so I have updated my review and rating accordingly. VIPOutlet treated me honorably, in making the best of an unpleasant experience. Thanks VIP!

Happened to remember VIP Outlet one weekend when searching for a logitech keyboard that I really wanted. Found the keyboard on the site in "like new" condition for a little under half the price *with* free shipping. Once again buying was very straight to the point. It was shipped out via FedEx that following Monday and was at my house that Thursday exactly as described. Combined with the apparent 90 day warranty, it really can't get much better than that, it seems. My first order with them actually had an issue on their end. Their customer service was pretty swift and "no-nonsense" when I reported it to them and I was on my way, sure that I'd check them out again someday (I did).

Just like the other shoppers I'm one happy camper. Seriously I am. Obviously hesitant at first but after reading some TrustPilot reviews, I went ahead and pulled the trigger. Buying a brand new PowerBeats Pro on VIP Outlet was THE absolute best decision any human being can ever make. Heavily discounted and throwing in a 10% discount code and expedited shipping through FedEx, I was absolutely BLOWN AWAY! And YES, the item in question was brand spanking new and shrinked wrapped in all it's glory. So basically I saved about $79 shopping on VIP Outlet. Lol I know right. Try getting that kind of savings through the other retail giants. You'd be hard pressed if you can get a pat on the back, which obviously is never going to happen. Super happy with VIP Outlet! I was in the market for an iPhone upgrade, and had previously had horrible results purchasing an XS from a different refurbisher. I decided to go ahead and get an iPhone 11 through VIP Outlet, even though it was slightly outside my price range (though the first-time buyer coupon helped a lot!). Upon arrival, I had a mini-panic as the phone box listed the condition as "Grade B" (when I was expecting "Grade A"). But inside, the phone itself was in excellent condition, with only three very, very faint scratches on the phone screen, which were only visible outside, and disappeared once I put a screen protector on. Furthermore, the battery health of the phone was listed at 100%, meaning that the previous owner had barely used the device. Overall, I'm thrilled with what I received, and wouldn't hesitate to use VIP Outlet in the future.
