Ordered a refurbished phone from them and when I got it I put my Sim card in it and it wouldn't work so I called verizon for help only to find out that the phone is blacklisted because it's still registered to another verizon customer and has a balance owed on it. I have sent it back but I'm not holding my breath on ever receiving my refund based on other reviews.

Bought a fridge through walmart and 3rd party VIP outlet. We had to put our current address in bc the site would not allow me to change it. Called walmart the next day to have them change it. Walmart reached out to VIP outlet of the change and no response. Reach out to cancel order and said it was in process and could not be changed. They never attempted to change the address or contact us to have the fridge shipped to the new house which was 6 miles away. Finally the freight company (tforcefreight) was contacted and said it would be $50-$100 to make the changed. Both terrible companies and would never do business with them even if they were cheaper. Poor communication and service. Supposed to arrive May 8th and arrived May 16th.

Be careful as this seller has hidden charges during check out. They charge extra to have the order shipped USPS and they have an automatic default insurance charge that is there in case your order is lost. In other words, protect it because they are very unreliable. They also ship very slowly. I have placed 61 orders for various laptops. I have receipts for every purchase to verify. Three laptops never arrived "Nothing they can do about it". Use this site only if you have no other choice.

I recently purchased a Cricut 8002002 Explore Air 2 Bundle Cutting Machine from this seller on eBay, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. When the package arrived, I discovered that the machine was sent without a power cord, making it essentially unusable. I contacted the seller immediately, and it took them an astonishing 3-4 days to confirm that the power cord was indeed missing from the package. What's even more frustrating is that the seller's proposed solution was a mere $12 refund for the missing cord. Considering that the machine is worthless without its power source, this offer felt like a slap in the face. To add insult to injury, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional 7 days to receive my refund. This entire experience has been a lesson in patience and disappointment. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this seller to steer clear. Their lack of attention to detail, slow response times, and inadequate resolution measures make them a seller to avoid at all costs.

I purchased a Hoover Smartwash Pet carpet cleaner on December 1, 2023. The product worked well (good cleaning and quick drying) until the cheap plastic and spring on the suction nozzle broke on the fourth use. Nowhere on the page did it show that I was purchasing from an unauthorized seller of the Hoover Smartwash Pet carpet cleaner. A part on this broke after having it for 3.5 months. The part is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. However, upon contacting Hoover Support in March 2024, they informed me that they will not honor the 5 year manufacturer’s warranty because I purchased the item from an unauthorized seller. I thought that I was purchasing this from Walmart. How would I have known this? The five year warranty was a major pull for me purchasing this product. Hoover told me to contact VIPOUTLET. VIPOUTLET claims that they offer a 90 day limited warranty and that this is advertised on the selling page. They went on to say that my 90 days were over. It was not advertised anywhere on the page. I took screenshots for record keeping purposes as well as to escalate my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This is a scam. Do yourself a favor and purchase the product from a brick and mortar store like Home Depot, Lowe’s or directly through the manufacturer’s website. Update as of 4/27/24: I provided the additional information for outreach after posting my review and the company commenting. I received no further contact, and they never made it right.

Recieved a refund on my clearly defective product(had been sent with paperwork that included the name of the previous person who had returned the product and all paperwork) .this item was sent out defective and brush would not spin. Business was unhappy to see my review and enlisted an employee to try to facilitate the return. I will not do business in the future. I wasted time and money returning a product that never should have gone out. Given one extra star because of the business trying to rectify the situation.

Leaving this review here as we were not given a way to leave it in Walmart Marketplace itself. We bought a refurbished Gateway laptop from VIPOUTLET through Walmart Marketplace on November 27th and thus started our fun journey to returning it. We started encountering problems during shipping itself as the shipment was delayed. Then when we took it out of the box, we faced the next issue where the charger that was packed along with the laptop was not compatible with it. Our best guess is that they tested it on their test rig and just packed some random charger with it and sent it out. As the laptop battery was completely drained, it meant we couldn't power it on to test it. Onward we went to call their customer service. The girl who answered was pleasant enough and took down the order details and promised that a replacement charger will be shipped within 48 hours. After said time, when we messaged them back, the agent who was on chat basically said that he didn't have any update on our replacement order from the warehouse (their own warehouse mind you) and there is nothing he can do about it. The best he could do was give us $20 back. So we took that and bought a charger of our own from Amazon which worked. The laptop was powered on and seemed to be working fine when we noticed that we could not fit a usb into the usb port on the right side. We checked what was happening and lo and behold, the chassis on that side was bent so that every port on the right side was misaligned. It really looked like someone took a screwdriver to that side to pry it open for something and left it bent.And this was right under the power button on the keyboard so it would have been a matter of time before the power button broke and we would have been left with a good looking brick of a laptop. We immediately returned it to the nearest Walmart and got our money back. Kudos to Walmart for making the return process very smooth and simple.But we should have minded the other recent reviews VIPOUTLET’s quality control and policies. That’s on us. If our review can help others, then that is a good thing. Edit 02/15 - VIPOUTLET’s reply says that they have sent an email to me but we didn’t receive anything.
