We recognize your strong disappointment regarding the vest substitution for your Order #10988, especially since the double-breasted vest with the black collar was crucial for your wedding. We certainly understand the frustration when an item is unavailable. We want to clarify that the vest you originally ordered was found to be stained, making it unsuitable for shipping. The team immediately notified you of this and substituted it with a different vest to ensure you still received a full suit. When you requested the correct vest, we confirmed that we did not have another one in stock. To address this issue, the team processed a refund of $89 for the vest, which was the maximum resolution we could offer, given the circumstances and your need for the tux near your wedding date. We regret that we could not provide the exact double-breasted vest you wanted, but we prioritize avoiding the shipment of damaged or flawed items.
