We recognize your feedback that the pants were cut too short and that the sizing felt off by one size. We advertise that our suits are designed with a slim-fit cut, and we provide detailed sizing information and measurements on our website to ensure the best possible fit for our customers. You can view our size chart here: https://viossi.com/pages/size-chart. Regarding your order, the team has already processed an exchange for the London blue pants in waist 38/length 34, which was shipped and delivered with UPS tracking number 1ZF7W8060436891776. We recognize your frustration and disappointment with the return process for Order #10836 and the difficulty you encountered obtaining the return label. We want to clarify that our suits, including the slacks, are a slim-fit cut, as clearly advertised on our website. We provide our detailed measurements here: https://viossi.com/pages/size-chart to help ensure an accurate fit. Regarding the return process, the team made several attempts to assist you and remedy the issue: The team immediately replied to your initial contact and provided the necessary links to our return policy and the official return portal to start the process. We offered assistance with the process and advised you to send a screenshot if you encountered any technical issues. The team sent multiple follow-up emails and left voicemails to check if you still needed assistance and to offer a quicker solution for the exchange. Since we did not receive a response to these communications, and the items were not returned, the team was unfortunately unable to complete the exchange. We subsequently received a dispute claiming the items were damaged, which was inconsistent with the condition of the items when they shipped. We value the integrity of our business and our return process is clearly advertised on our site for fairness to all our customers. If you want to further discuss this, please email us at [email protected]. VIOSSI Customer Support Team

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the availability of sizes. We are continuously expanding our sizing options to ensure that everyone can find their perfect fit in US sizes for our suits and blazers.
