If I could leave a zero I would. I ordered a suit for a wedding that I had to attend. Was told that they would try to have the order to me by the wedding date but once I saw that it was arriving from Turkey, I knew then that it would not arrive on time. And if I had known that it was shipping from Turkey, I would not have ordered. I emailed them and expressed to them that since the suit won’t arrive in time, I will reject the delivery once it arrived because it will be late and I was informed to not reject it so it wouldn’t go back overseas but to accept it and then request a refund via the return portal. I should have known that there was going to be some bullshit to follow after that correspondence because that’s when the nightmare started. I go to the return portal to return the items and quickly find out that I could not return the tie nor the shirt due to their policies on accessories not being eligible for return because they could be worn…and let me remind you that the box has never been opened because I no longer needed the suit. The suit was eligible for return but after a 20% reduction for restocking fees and additional costs for a shipping label to return the suit. After several back and forth emails with Josh about this predatory return policy, I finally stated that I am returning everything I ordered because I refuse to open the box and I expect a full refund, after which he stopped responding. They have yet to send me a shipping label because my return is still under review, and let me add that I have never heard of their being an approval window to return merchandise from a retail company that doesn’t have a storefront and is solely online so returns are bound to happen, this is why their policies are so predatory. They were responding to emails with haste during the ordering process but as soon as I asked for a refund, they have gone silent. And their responses to all of the bad reviews are bullshit as well, I have every email I’ve sent them to discredit any argument they may try to claim and I am prepared to seek legal action if I do not receive my refund swiftly.

Josh and his team worked hard to ensure I was well advised throughout the entire purchasing process. Received my merchandise within a week's time. Truly appreciate the quality of service in addition to the awesome quality of suits!

Thrilled with this purchase! Both the jacket and pants fit perfectly. Shipping was fast, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a pin included, along with two complimentary ties. Great service!

I purchased a blazer from this company, and it did not fit. They do not tell you that their sizes run small. I emailed them several weeks later to see if I could exchange it and they told me it was passed their two week return window. For 100$ more I could exchange it. There is no way Im giving them anymore money. That is a horrible way to treat customers. I would advise not to use them.

After giving them my measurements, they messaged me telling me that their fitting specialist recommended a different size for me so I went with what they said. The suit ended up being too small for me and unwearable. The suit was also very poor quality for being that expensive. They didn't let me return it either. Stay away from Viossi. You've been warned!
