Hello, We do apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are fully opened to discuss and provide solution to our customers if they encounter any issues. Indeed, there modern fit written on the suit, however, we never had any complaints so far as slim fit / modern fit difference 1/2 cm (I am talking about our collection). I can assure that our products quality, shipping and sizing are fully same as provided on the listing. We approve your return, waiving 20% restocking fee (you will get full refund for the item). First of all, we would like to mention, despite the delays on the shipping carrier side, which isn't under our control, we have refunded $15.00 to the original payment method. After checking details of your case there few important notes: 1) You mentioned that "size is small compared to the size you ordered" but there no orders in our history from you. Every company has their own size chart and if you failed to follow size chart, we don't take responsibility for the wrong size. 2) We have not refused return request.
