Received this for my new house....The control panel doesn't work, and the door. was cracked, maybe they got this on clearance, but it is new and should at least function. tried to contact customer service to get some resolution, NO RESPONSE!!! Buy a cheaper one that works.

My concerns about the communication regarding the warranty repairs on my cooling unit were resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciate the quick response from the repair and customer service teams!

On phone person was knowledgeable and very helpful. Product was shipped quickly and replacement was easy. Only complaint would be the price for the plastic drip pan that had to be replaced, too.

I recently had to purchase a new cooling unit for my Vino Temp wine cabinet. After I was charged 1600.00 for the unit I asked for assistance in installing the cooling unit into the cabinet. I was informed that Vino Temp "no longer provides" assistance in this area; I then asked for a recommendation for an installer again I was told that Vino Temp no longer does that either. Fortunately I knew of a commercial refrigeration company whom I was able to contact and get the cooling unit installed. If I had not known an installer having the unit made serviceable would have been a disaster.

While there are not service people in all areas who know how to work on wine cooling systems, the customer always has the option to send their unit in for service to our location.

I have this wine cooler only for about a month and I love it. Love the dual zone as I like my white wines cold, I owned 3 wine coolers before and neither one of them kept the wine cold (still had to use the fridge). Vinotemp looks great, operates fantastic is not noisy at all and does the temperature job. Thank you.

While I finally received a $15,000 custom built wine cabinet, The process of getting there was terrible. Calls to Julia Clemont were often answered late, help in trying to get cabinet shipped was not great. I have an email file that is at least 40 emails long. I am certain I would never use Vinotemp again. BobGorab

There are several reasons why I like shopping for wine at Vinopolis. First, the selection of wines from around the world is outstanding and the store prices are very competitive. The website is easy to navigate, and if you have questions you can reach one of the store experts and ask them questions about any wine.
