VinotempReviews of vinotemp.com

Purchased this unit to complete our remake of our kitchen in Black stainless finish. The removable shelves works great for us for larger containers. Runs very quiet and looks great. We also use their products in our home building company and the customer service has been perfect.

When I discovered a problem with my Vinotemp I placed a call and I was taken care of right away they followed up on my problem and I am satisfied .

I received a wine cooler that was defective. They were more than accommodating to replace it, which they did. I have full faith in what they tell you. They stand by their product .

Great unit... Works great, but a little louder than I expected

Have left at least two messages for tech support over the last 48 hours and have yet to receive a call back. I would expect a little better from tech support.

I bought a 440TD in 1991. Cooling unit worked fine with one repair until this year 2018 and I replaced it with their updated unit. I bought a second 440TD in 2011. Cooling unit was a big issue. Had to send it back to the factory two different times for repair. Delt with Nick Tamayo in customer service. He needs to be let go. I like the box design. The cooling units could be better. Customer service needs a shake-up.

We have a great experience with our wine cooler. It is quite and good looking and holds good supply of wine

Prompt response to request. Nice and friendly customer services.
