The technical help was invaluable and helped me to order the correct part to fix my wine cooler. The shipping of the control panel, however, was a little on the slow side. Part arrived without instructions, but I took a photo of the old part and how the wires were connected, and I was able to hook up the new part with little trouble. The wine cooler now works like new.

Very glad to have a new cooling unit in my wine cellar, but I really wish it had come with a user's manual. Without such, I had to get online and do some digging to find the information I needed to set things up. No reason why for $1300 I couldn't get a manual.

I had my wine cooler go on the fritz a few weeks ago. After 15 years, I guess it was due for some love. So, I got on their website, started chatting with a specialist. Diagnosed my issue, ordered the parts necessary and when they arrived I installed them and whalla, it worked again! However, the parts, Overheat and relay, I thought were a bit pricy at $75. The picture diagram of how to install them was suspect at best. The YouTube video was of another VinoTemp cooler, but I'm mechanically inclined enough that I was able to figure it out. What I'm glad about is that there is online help (Thank you VinoTemp Technician) and they had the parts, and I was able to repair it rather than search for a new one that would fit my budget and the space! I'm still happy about this situation and glad they still carry parts for a 15-year-old appliance!

The wine Vinotemp fridge arrived well-boxed, was easy to move into it's new space in our basement kitchen, and after several months it has operated without any problems. It makes standard compressor sounds, as all such appliances do. Its stainless and glass door with wooden shelf fronts looks great. We typically have 25-30 bottles on hand, so it's the right size for us.

I had a 450 bottle Venotemp for 13 years and decided to downsize to the 166 bottle version. Both are great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the shelves are a bit tight for larger 750 ml bottles, which make pulling them out a bit of a hassle. But the temperature is rock steady at 55°, and quality and durability are excellent. I definitely recommend Venotemp.

The final result is fine. The new unit is functioning well. The rating is four stars because the time from order to delivery was longer than projected, and we were not kept informed of progress.

Happy with the wine cooler except that the lower section will not stay at 46 degrees. It stays at 48 degrees.
