The temperature gauges and light on-off were difficult to find (el-6silst). Could not find the link to register online on your website.

Shipping was poor at best. Unit was not shipped until I called and asked where it was. When it was finally shipped, it took an eternity. There was little to no communication. At least the unit seems to work correctly.

I thought that I read that the shelves would fully extend, they do not. Therefore you cannot see what you have in the back of each shelf. The next wine refrigerator I buy will have fully extending shelves. thanks

I love the size, but it only takes certain shaped bottles(skinny).. Also motor gets a little loud at times.. Customer Service has been good, received with dented door it was replaced with in 7 days,

Front of the cabinet is not as it was understood to look. Not very pleasing unless a front cabinet face is added.

The fridge came damaged from shipping. The company didn't do anything to help follow up. It is a good fridge for insulation and dual zones, but if you fill it up, it is hard to get to the wines in the back. Stacked wines move when it you pull it out and the wood feels like it is unstable with the weight. It is good for what it does, but a little expensive for what you get.

The unit generally works well. The bottle racks could be a bit easier to use. They only hold standard size bordeaux bottles. If the bordeaux style bottle is a little longer it is difficult to make the bottle fit on the rack. It is also difficult to slide the bottle racks out to remove a bottle when the rack is full. I've had the unit for 3 months and it holds the temperature within 1-2 degrees of what you set it at. I monitor the temperature with a 2nd thermometer that I placed in the unit. Overall I'm satisfied with the unit but the racks could be improved.

The unit is very noisy.
