This is my third Viotemp cooler. The first two failed after approx 12 months of use. I’m hoping this one lasts longer. I never attempted to contract the seller. The warranty had expired.It did a good job of cooling my wine when operating.

The wine fridge is working perfectly. And makes no noise. I’m super happy with it.

I have only had this Wine fridge for several months, but it has performed as advertised the whole time. Only drawback is it does not have sliders on the shelves, but I knew that when I bought it. The two zone temperature control has been working great.

Bought a custom wine cellar 4 years ago. Easy enough and nicely made. A wire that wasn’t secured in the manufacture of the cooling unit prevented a fan from evaporating condensate. Cooling unit stopped working (still under warranty). Tried to get it replaced, Vinotemp said ship the unit to them, they would repair at my cost and return to me. I pay shipping! I bought a new cooling unit, on my own, from Home Depot. Working fine, but no help from Vinotemp customer service. Buyer beware.

I needed this cooler replaced. The original was only about five years old and rusted out and stopped cooling. I tried to buy it through a third party who had a much better price and then three weeks after I ordered it they said the manufacturer would not sell it to them. I had to then order through VinoTemp and paid almost double! They had me! Nothing I could do.

A really good value and it is the perfect size for the available space. I only wish it would chill 3 degrees cooler and that the shelves would accommodate larger size wine bottles.

We have had the unit for about a month. Good capacity. Temperatures seem to be holding.
