Seem absolutely incapable of telling the difference between an individual and a business. The time it is taking to receive my order - one simple 75cl bottle - is ridiculous considering it is 2026. I could have brought the world cup home in less time than this. Very slow but meanwhile they have your money.

Thank you for providing your feedback and we completely understand your frustration, and we’ve taken the time to review the history of your order and the issues you’ve experienced. We do appreciate your patience, and we value the relationship. While there are some factors in the process that are outside of our direct control, we also understand that the overall experience has not met the standard we want for our clients. We would be happy to discuss this with you in more detail and work toward a resolution that we feel is fair, including looking at how we can make your next purchase a better experience. Please send us an email at [email protected] and we can assist you further, Kind regards, Vinfolio Customer Experience Team
