VinfolioReviews of vinfolio.com

Everithing regarding Vinfolio is great! The Wines are reasonably priced and delivery is good. I would have giving them 5 * but the only problem is that shipping to Puerto Rico (A USA Territory with no shipping restrictions) is not available!

My order was handled seamlessly and ended with a prompt delivery to storage

Years and years buying from you... always kind, helpful and efficient. Wines always perfect.... Last time I've tried to send bottles to NYC it didn't work. Not your fault... I'm brazilian and had a quick trip to NY.. it was a short window and close to Thanksgiving.. Next time it will work!

Wine that I ordered on pre-arrival finally arrived and I asked to have it shipped 2-day and my credit card was charged ($120) for the shipping, and that was over a week ago and still no wine. Leaves me wondering if I got scammed. After making contact, my wine was shipped overnight and they credited my card for the shipping. So in the end I got some awesome wine for my home cellar. Just wish I didn't have to go round in circles to get it.

It was not great but the issue was solved after three messages

I would have liked to have been notified so that I knew when the shipment would arrive. Everything else okay, packaging etc fine

Great service and good selections.

I have had a few issues with wines arriving at Vinfolio recently (I understand some lags have occurred based on logistics and COVID). I was satisfied overall with the VF responses, but did need to push a bit to get all the fixes in a timely basis. I am such a fan of Vinfolio in many other ways that I just attributed this to a one-time challenge. If it weren't for this, I would rate VF customer service a 5.
