Not this time. For Xmas 2024 I requested from you 5 of the best wines, like Chateau Margot, Chateau d'Yquem and 3 others of the same quality. When we opened them for Xmas dinner, all of them were bad. VF refused any responsibility. I asked for all my stock to be sold and haven't requested any new bottles since. My son is handling what remains of my wines and he has made a few purchases, but I have nothing to do with that.

It took 23 minutes from my arrival for my wine to be brought out to me.... Couldn't find my order, then couldn't find my wine, then couldn't reach my wine and needed to find someone who could. It seems like this should be about a 3-minute process, which it is at other companies I use.

I am not sure what happened to this company, but there is a DISTINCT change in the customer service. I have sent probably 100 cases of wine over the years to be sold on the site and never have had any issues with getting accurate reports in a timely manner. And if there was an issue, it was a quick call that got my question answered. Now, NO ONE answers the phone!! The reports are late and give little information. I am actually being a little generous giving 2 stars.

I can’t get a hold of a person who works for you. Except email. Calls go to and stay on voicemail even during normal business hrs The Vinfolio mobile app has been Inoperable for years. Yet no one can give me a straight Answer on the status of this program! Now I reform to a excel spread sheet To manage my small inventory.

I am still awaiting a response after calling, being promised a reply, again emailing to my contact and still no response. This order is more than 2 years old. William Singer

All I can say is that I had to call a few times to arrange to have my wines picked up, but the guy who picked them up was terrific and texted me a photo of my palleted boxes. That was on September 30th. I decided to leave Vinfolio alone until after the holidays. They FINALLY sent me notifications on 1/6/22! I still have to double check if all my wine is accounted for.

I’ve experienced significant delays (4-5 weeks) from the time a shipment is delivered to Vinfolio to the time it has been inventoried and visible on the platform. In addition, the only shipment I requested from my cellar in storage at Vinfolio never shipped and worse yet, I wasn’t even notified it remained in storage. The only way I found out is when the recipient reached out stating the shipment never arrived. Overall, look elsewhere for your wine storage needs. If I hadn’t just transferred my whole cellar, I would find an alternative.

(Compared to my experience with K&L, Hi Time, Benchmark) Not a great system overall. I was not notified when my pre-arrival purchased arrived. I happened to check on it and turned out it arrived 2.5 months ago and I didn't receive any notification. When shipped, the package was not shipped to the shipping address I requested. It caused delivery exception and a 4-day delay. When it comes to wine, I don't like to have my wine held by couriers for too long due to possible mishandling or hot weather. This may cause damage that I won't find out until years down the road.
