I ordered my faux leather jacket in March, just before the lock down, then that's when it took a long time to get my jacket, not because of Vincent, but because of airlines not being able to travel. The communication was great, and he kept me informed as to what was going on with my order! So that was very impressive. I will be ordering again, oh yeah, everything fit perfectly, and my jacket definitely looks just like the picture!!! 💖💖

I ordered a dress Lenora Floral Dress × 1 Black / M Tracking Number: LE732604086CN. In the image the dress looked nice but all I got was a cheap and horrible dress made in China which looked terrible. The fun fact is that it took more than a month to arrive and the return policy says you cannot return item after30 days from your original purchase. Hey... What ??! It arrived after 1.5 months and it's a horrible product.

I am beyond upset with this company. First of all the picture looks amazing not so much when you get the jacket. It’s cheap looking the sizing is completely wrong , I normally wear small or medium I ordered large accordions to their sizing chart. When I contacted regarding return I was told to measure which is unheard of. I did but it’s still not the correct way and they did not approved My return. I am stock with the jacket that I won’t be able to wear. It’s a scam be aware.

I ordered my Medium sized Beige Ladies jacket in Mid March and it arrived Late April 2020; pretty impressive considering these Lockdown times! The fit was amazing and the design and studs were gorgeous too. I am a UK size 10, medium build weighing 140llbs at 5ft 10/178cm and wearing the jacket felt like a second skin. I would heartily recommend Vincent Benoir as a Company; to further add, they answered my questions within a 24 hour time frame. Vincent Benoir - Keep up the Good Work!
