VincentbenoirReviews of vincentbenoir.com

The folks at Vincent Benoir, have been excellent, they really helped expedite an order that was being stubborn, Whenever I contacted them they were right there. They maintained the dialogue, and did exactly what they said they would do! Kudos to Vincent Benoir!!!!

The quality of the coat I ordered was very nice; just the sizing was way too small. The company was very accommodating to refund my money. They were also very prompt in their responses to my emails. I appreciate their Customer Service!! Thank you!! Arleen

I love this parka...and you do need to order 2 sizes larger...I am 63" tall and 126 lbs..I normally wear a medium but ordered the large and that was just a bit too small. I reached out to the company and followed their required steps. My Xtra large is on the way. The customer service is excellent with quick response and resolution!!

I received my jacket, it’s absolutely beautiful and great quality. I do however recommend ordering two sizes larger as I typically wear a small or medium and the medium was too small. When I advised of the fit being too small I received a reply quickly with a resolution.
