Worse company ever ! Cheap products and terrible return policy. I think they are frauds to be honest. Buyer beware.

Have to say I'm really impressed 4 weeks for delivery during this epidemic is Amazing and utterly worth the wait, I love my jacket the craftsmanship is fantastic and is such a flattering jacket, I have coffee colour will def order more in different colours I'm size 12 and went for xl snug fit but my own fault for going by someone else.. Always use the size guide guys and you could get away with a size up from the guide for thicker clothes underneath.

Waited a month for items to be sent and still no tracking information just for one item! Would not recommend.

Haven't got my order yet but that doesn't stop me from making a thoroughly great review, yeah due to the virus situation yeah is taking (or will rather) take a while for the jacket to arrive I'd have thought (as with another order from a completely different seller is taking a bit longer than usual to arrive at least, not that I am in anyway complaining about that). To be honest Vincent's lovely really nice person and would be more than happy to order from him again, really lovely communication and makes me feel special when talking with him. Take good care Vincent and best wishes! PS I was concerned about sizing not being right for me, even took the parcel out and replaced it with the what we think is the correct sizing (or what he thinks is due to my measurements) whilst it was waiting to be picked up, top class for customer service by any stretch of the imagination

I ordered the parka in a size large but it was too small. They helped me with getting the xlarge sent . They were quick to respond to my emails and were very courteous. I would shop with them again
