VincentbenoirReviews of vincentbenoir.com

I ordered two jackets. I am a small. I had read reviews that they run very small so I ordered larges, which fit perfectly. Getting them took a very long time due to the pandemic, which I understand. I received the first jacket but not the second one. I reached out via email and they responded within 24 hrs. I was given options of a refund or sending the jacket out to me again. I wanted the jacket, which I have now received. They were empathetic through the whole process, this is some of the best customer service I have received when resolving an issue. I will be ordering again.

As soon as I ordered from this site I was worried it was a scam. But! They actually came through. So let's break it down. The good: the item looked a little different than what was described, but all in all, pretty darn close. Also, it was surprisingly good quality for the low price. They were also very good at replying when I emailed them (on 4 occasions when I was worried I had been scammed). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would likely order from them again. The bad: shipping took f o r e v e r. I ordered back at the beginning of April and I recieved my item today. My shipping details were never updated. Which is part of the reason I thought it was a scam. That being said, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, so I will give them a break on that. The fit of the item I bought was on the small size. I usually wear a medium, I ordered a large, and I wish I ordered an xl. It does fit, but I think a size up would have been slightly more flattering. And while my item was very close to the image on the website, the skirt on my dress wasn't able exactly as described. All in all. I would order from them again, but not if I wanted my items right away.

Terrible customer service. Took forever for the jacket to be sent. When it was sent it was marked as delivered but I never received it. Every time I have brought the issue up with their customer service they keep saying it is delivered, not being willing to help. The fact that it took so long just for me to be ripped off is complete BS and do not purchase from them.

Ordered May 7th. Delivered to another state July 23. Avoid at all costs. Total scam.

Vincent was GREAT. The jacket I bought came damaged after a significant wait due to COVID-19. I emailed and Vincent responded withing a few hours. He sent me a new jacket at no cost and was pleasant to deal with throughout the wait. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. I absolutely love the jacket! Thank you Vincent for making my experience a pleasurable one!

They are amazing and the jacket I got is so stunning that I am going to order another one! My order was extremely delayed due to covid and customer service was always so responsive and amazing they even gave me a coupon for my next purchase! Can’t Wait to buy another item!!

I love my jacket I needed a bigger size and emailed Vincentbenoir to let them know I got prompt response and problem solved I definitely will order from them again.
