I ordered two jackets. I am a small. I had read reviews that they run very small so I ordered larges, which fit perfectly. Getting them took a very long time due to the pandemic, which I understand. I received the first jacket but not the second one. I reached out via email and they responded within 24 hrs. I was given options of a refund or sending the jacket out to me again. I wanted the jacket, which I have now received. They were empathetic through the whole process, this is some of the best customer service I have received when resolving an issue. I will be ordering again.

As soon as I ordered from this site I was worried it was a scam. But! They actually came through. So let's break it down. The good: the item looked a little different than what was described, but all in all, pretty darn close. Also, it was surprisingly good quality for the low price. They were also very good at replying when I emailed them (on 4 occasions when I was worried I had been scammed). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and I would likely order from them again. The bad: shipping took f o r e v e r. I ordered back at the beginning of April and I recieved my item today. My shipping details were never updated. Which is part of the reason I thought it was a scam. That being said, we are in the midst of a global pandemic, so I will give them a break on that. The fit of the item I bought was on the small size. I usually wear a medium, I ordered a large, and I wish I ordered an xl. It does fit, but I think a size up would have been slightly more flattering. And while my item was very close to the image on the website, the skirt on my dress wasn't able exactly as described. All in all. I would order from them again, but not if I wanted my items right away.

Although the covid delayed my order for quite a while, it was well worth the wait. The coat I ordered was very good quality and I love the look. The company was very kind and professional with the delays and were able to check on my order very quickly. I will for order again from them.

Received wrong size. Bur they will fix it with no costs! Also the jacket itself is a Great product

I ordered my faux leather jacket in March, just before the lock down, then that's when it took a long time to get my jacket, not because of Vincent, but because of airlines not being able to travel. The communication was great, and he kept me informed as to what was going on with my order! So that was very impressive. I will be ordering again, oh yeah, everything fit perfectly, and my jacket definitely looks just like the picture!!! 💖💖

Ma veste est juste magnifique je l'aime beaucoup. J'ai mis 4 étoiles seulement car il taille très petit mais c'est le seul bémol à mon goût. J'ai eu une réponse très aimable à chacun de mes mail. Je commanderai de nouveau très bientôt.

I ordered the parka in a size large but it was too small. They helped me with getting the xlarge sent . They were quick to respond to my emails and were very courteous. I would shop with them again

The quality of the coat I ordered was very nice; just the sizing was way too small. The company was very accommodating to refund my money. They were also very prompt in their responses to my emails. I appreciate their Customer Service!! Thank you!! Arleen
