I had a great experience with Vincentbenoir. They were very prompt about answering any questions I had and very helpful and kind. It's hard to find customer service like this when ordering online. The jacket is perfect - even better than the picture!! I would definitely order from here again!!

Absolutely fantastic! First and foremost, the customer support team were amazing. So helpful and patient, especially during times like this, an absolute delight to order with. As for my jacket, I love it!!!!! It looks and feels so nice. I can't wait until I can get my hands on my second one 😁😁

Don't buy there anything!!!! It's cheap leather made in china – this is what you can smell, too! The Cut/Style of the product doesn't fit. The price is not justified! The service of vincent benoir is not good at all! To send the product back, you have to pay around 45 € and you won't get any money back.

Although the covid delayed my order for quite a while, it was well worth the wait. The coat I ordered was very good quality and I love the look. The company was very kind and professional with the delays and were able to check on my order very quickly. I will for order again from them.

Very poor service and quality. Fake leather made in china . Not worth the price . So unhappy with this product.

Only positive things to say about them . One can contact them about any question , and the response is direct and extremely kind . I loved the coat . If by any chance one may have a size-problem , no problem . They replace it and you get the right one , their company has an insurance that pays for that . You can trust them, indeed. Ps: Choose un upper size , it’s better . Or send them your measures to have their size suggestion as an answer . The coat is a killer .
