I returned a jacket of low quality which I’d paid $120 for and an additional $30 for shipping back to China only to receive no refund at all. That’s $150 I lost to this company and for what!? After making each response to my many emails a complete waste of time, they stopped replying altogether. If you know what’s good for you, never buy from this site!

Vincent Benoir is a completely unreliable company. I ordered 2 dresses, 1 arrived, another one I never received. After trying to contact them and to explain my problem I received only ignorance and autoreply like "You received everything". No support, no investigation of my case, no interest in helping the customer. So just a waste of money and time. Do not recommend ordering anything from them as you could never be sure you get anything or not.

Afraid these guys are scam artists. I bought 2 beautiful skirts from them. Though 2 separate orders. They sent a weird Chinese dress as they knew they had to send something to avoid having a bank claim when they didnt send the goods. Do not give them your money.

Cheap chinese plastic jackets. I spent over £50 on this jacket but its not even worth £5. The fit is shocking, the material is so cheap that it doesnt even fit to a body. Basically made out of a bin bag. Do not waste your money here.

Das ist ein absoluter Betrügerladen. Die ganze Ware mit miserabler Qualität kommt aus China. Da ist nur Abbildung schön. Sie geben falsche Daten an als Absender und Firma aus Deutschland. Das ist aber nicht so. Die Ware können Sie nicht zurücksenden. Denn es ist zu teuer. Post nach China kostet 48,00€ . Auch wenn es Zahlungsart Paypall angeboten wird, bitte dort nichts kaufen. Zur Zeit bin ich im Prozess mein Geld zurück zu erhalten und hoffe, dass es mir es gelingt. MfG
