I love Viki, it’s worth the price. For all of those complaining about the slow subtitles it’s because they’re done by volunteers - plus Viki’s subs are more correct than Netflix’s subtitles. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 is because I wish Korean variety shows were available in the UK. I have Netflix as well, but I’ll still continue paying for Viki since they offer more boy love options.

Viki was great and i had no issues with it at all, until they made the new update, which ruined the overall experience with the app and website. I feel like they should change it back to how it used to be, as small things such as the screen have become annoying and irritating. however, it's still a great app/website and I appreciate how have made most dramas free for public use, I just wish it would go back to how it used to be.

Viki has been excellent. Only reason why it's a 4 star instead of 5 is all the good shows I wanted to watch is not shown in my region. I live in Guam near all the asian countries, Korea, Philippines, Japan, etc., so why can't I get it. They should find a way to expand to these areas where so many koreans live here too.

I am leaving this site as they get a decent show but then you have to wait another week for the next episode, Started off fine but now it gets boring to watch. Its just like Netflix once you could watch series at your leisure but now they spread them out over a ridiculous amount of time. I will find a better site.

Hello, I was charged a full annual amount during the last day of my trial. There is no customer support help e-mail nor phone number. How can I get a refund? I no longer want to continue with the trial. Thank you,
Andrew T.
Terrible customer service, period. My Viki account got hacked on the 4th January 2020 and someone renewed my subscription for 1 year using my stored credit card details. The only way I could contact Viki was to raise a support request. No one responded to my request until 16/04/2020 when I got a notification that my support request was 'Closed'. Good thing this was raised as a fraudulent transaction by my credit card company and I was reimbursed. Still no response from Viki up to till today and I am still not able to login to my hacked account. I would advise anyone NEVER to store your credit card details and if you can, stay away from this company. They have zero customer service even when dealing with serious security breaches.

Hello Andrew, We sincerely apologize for this! We understand that this is a serious situation and we're looking into it at the moment. We have a small support team and increases on support tickets are causing long delays, but rest assured that we ill get back to you once we have a resolution. Regards, The Viki team

Viki service is getting pretty bad, they're basically profiting off subscribers(you) even though their service is based on volunteer subbers. So you're paying for a service that has no definite amount of time guaranteeing it will be subbed. Also, the free version is just unbearable, the ads are long and numerous, intolerable at this point. Just use a free website that actually pays their subbers such as kiss Asian or I use watchasian.to remember to use an ad blocker and you're good to go! Watchasian actually subs their episodes faster than Viki its rather sad.
