I had issues with my google account that was connected to my Viki account and had to deleted because of it i can not seem to be able to log into my Viki account but they are still charging me for the subscription i have sent around 5 request to contact since everything happen 2 months ago and no word from them, i even made a new account in hopes that i could get the other issue fix but no one has help me in the last 2 months since it happen, i decide to take my business elsewhere. i been using Viki for 3 years now super disappointed.

Someone hacked my account and made unauthorized charges to my account. I contacted Viki and no one has gotten back to me. I've had to call my bank and cancel my card. I've also requested that they revoke the charges. I actually received an email letting me know that my email was changed, but notifying viki that I didn't authorize that did nothing.

Recently my friend and I subscribed to Viki w annual membership of Aud$79.95 We were attracted by promises of no ads and assured eng subs to dramas. However, we found these promises lacking and so even the free trial month, we cancelled towards end of May 2020. We waited for refunds but nothing was forthcoming. I emailed several times to Viki support desk but not even a beep from them. Viki apparently is quick to receive monies from you but disregards your request for refunds. I have been contacting customer service for several weeks now and have received no replies. Viki continues to charge me for two months even though I cancelled subscription. I would like my money back but there are no means to contact them other than via email and I have received 0 responses. EDIT: ticket number is 1079290.

Do not subscribe to this company! They make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I kept canceling for the last 2 months but kept getting billed. Finally, I called the Apple customer service to have them blocked and was able to get it refunded. Truly unprofessional! They make it extremely complicated to get any customer services So many other great streaming services out there than to deal with their BS.

I watch VIKI all the time. Had no complaints until now. Trying to watch the drama Touch. Since when are the dramas interrupted with commercials? The reason I watch shows on VIKI is because there aren’t commercials. If I want a show to be interrupted...I would switch back to regular channels. Ordinarily, I’d give VIKI 5 stars...but not now. Not with commercials.

After paying basically a 100 dollars they are telling me that my email and password is not connected to any Viki account....are they kidding me right now And no one is answering you if you try to contact then giving you bulls**t excuses

I wish I could give no stars. Don't ever subscribe unless you're sure that you never want to cancel - they don't stop charging you and there's no way to cancel without contacting them and they never respond. There is no customer support, they have no automatic method of cancelling your subscription which means you have to wait for their customer service to get to you. I've had tickets open for more than a month requesting that my subscription be cancelled and my account deleted. No response. Which means they'll try charging me yet again at the end of this month. (I previously cancelled my subscription before but they didn't process that either so I continue to get charged). I understand that with covid19 there are delays in customer support - however over a month just to cancel a subscription is to me unacceptable. The amount of hoops I have to jump through to get a block on the subscription is ridiculous. I used to think they were great for offering a service where people can watch Asian dramas. Now I see that they take the hard work of volunteer subtitlers and make a profit from it while screwing people out of their money by making it impossible to unsubscribe from them. At this stage they could be the only tv service in the world and you couldn't pay me to watch because of this subscription issue.
