I enjoy the Korean and Chinese dramas I watch and the platform is very good. My only dislike is their new tendency for programmes dubbed in English. This means I can’t watch them because I only like original language with subtitles. I hope it’s not a growing trend!!

I think something is wrong with my email to you. I got a texted message asking me to verify my email. I have face log in and it was fine. But they sent my email as mbeier1964.gmail which is wrong. They have 1 number wrong. So I was worried about doing any changes. With all the hacking that happens now a days so just thought I would ask before changing anything.

nice but ads are so loud
its a nice site with quite some shows i couldnt find elsewhere but when i watch in the evening it because really apparent that the ad volume is so much louder then the show itself. the show could be playing at 20 and an add pops up at it sounds like it went up to a 100 which jumpscares me each time and just make it frustrating

A Lot of Options A Little Support
1. Love the cast list included which also shows other works by each of them, too. 2. Love the variety of shows. Primarily I watch K content, but I do watch a few others, too. 3. Appreciate some of the reviews. 4. Why I am no longer subscribing after this month: there are some genres I personally find distasteful. I have asked for Viki to provide a way for a subscriber to block certain content from appearing as recommendation. They have not to date. I kept trying to find a way to communicate this to Viki. My only option was to cancel my account. Then they asked why but still did not change anything.

Viki is very solid for Asian dramas. I mostly watch C dramas. What is bad is you can't make the movie go faster on TV or computer only on your phone. Who watches movies on their phone?! The subtitles are very solid and I have no complaints about that. What really sucks is there is very limited C dramas on Viki. All the good ones are on the other platforms. I threw in my towel this year ( I was on VIKI for at least 3 years!!) and went with Netflix and IQLYL since there seems to be more choices there. Like Pursuit of Jade is SUPER hot right now and only netflix and IQLYL but NOT on viki! I was super sad about that. It's such a great movie so far!

I’m giving 4 stars for now because I hope there will also be a Filipino caption. Many Filipinos subscribe as well. If a Filipino caption becomes available, I will change my 4 stars to 5 stars.
