Viki has very bad customer service. I bought the subscription for viki about 5 months ago because I wanted to continue watching a drama but I had to buy the subscription to do so. However after I finished that drama I cancelled my subscription to Viki, but still after 5 months they have continued to take money out of my bank account every month and I have tried to get in contact with them multiple times but they email back saying “we are currently experiencing a high demand for support” and then they never email again after that. Don’t buy the subscription.

Trop de buggs et trop cher J'ai un compte avec un pass payant pour éviter cette surenchère de publicités , bon et bien depuis 2 mois quelue-soit le navigateur que j’utilise, message d'erreur à l'ouverture de tous les épisodes, la page s'affiche et puis erreur. il n'y a aucun service client rakutenviki.; on ne m'a jamais ni répondu ni aidé pour tous ces problèmes de connexion et de buggs..je consommais beaucoup de dramas, les traduction des bénévoles étaient très consciencieuses, maintenant une fois sur 2 c'est un traducteur automatique bas de gamme..en fait c'est de pire en pire, donc à regret j'ai supprimé mon abonnement et dépose cet avis négatif.

While it was good being a VIP member. Never got an issue of inability to reset password. Or receive emails that can be opened, resolved. So I’ve been paying for this service which is automatically renewed on iTunes and it been 2 weeks or so that I couldn’t access my account and have to power through long and numerous. ads. No help forthcoming.

I had my account hacked, but that was my own fault due to a bad password. Once we got to the first weekday the support got back to me, restored my account, refunded the payment withdraw, and gave me a month free service. Thank you Michelle for all your help!

I forgot that I had a viki subscription and I cancelled the subscription a day after my free trial ended and I still won't get a refund. Like screw y'all. This has happen to me in different services (Netflix, Hulu) and they are way more understanding.

Edit: i am going to have to change my review, not that they seem to care anyway. I have been using the app for about one week now. The more i use it the more i hate it and just want to delete it. The series are amazing but this app is so poor. Freezes all the time, only allow to play 1 video then i cant load any others, i have to use another phone and it works for 1-2 videos, then switch back to another device. I am not able to watch it on my phone because it automatically mirrors it to my apple tv and of the tv is off theres the screen but unresponsive. Wetv is much better although not all episode are available until you get a monthly subscription. Viki is not available on Xbox which used to be on xbox 360 but not on xbox one or later. Just bad app. Original review: Not sure where those reviews come from but people are either dumb or born in 1860! Amazing app! I am learning Mandarin and this is amazing to get some culture and know whats going on in East Asia. I love that I can cast it to my Apple TV and watch my favourite series! - only thing i dont like or dont understand is why after 1 episode I dont seem to be able to watch another one and have to use a different device. Also a shame this app is not on Xbox one so i wouldn't have to use my phone/Ipad battery to cast it. Other than that amazing! Otherwise saying there are queer TV shows, dont be stuck in 1800 this is 2021. People are so rude and insulting, no manners! A shame they are watching shows from a culture that promote respect.

J'adore depuis que j'ai accès au contenu de cette chaîne, je regrette simplement de ne pas l'avoir connue plus tôt. Raisons, principalement cela permet de découvrir la richesse d'un cinéma Coréen, Chinois, et même Thailandais, cela nous ouvre sur des cultures différentes et très riches. Merci.
