I cannot get any audio after ripping dvd. I can’t seem to get hold of customer service and not having much luck with several extensions I have tried. I have a Mac computer if this makes any difference.

Software von VideoByte sollte von einem Win10 PC zu einem Win11 PC wechseln! Nach 2 eM@ils mit VideoByte wurde mir ein neuer Key generiert, - das nenn ich mal Kundenservice! 1A und vielen Dank nochmals!!!

Having only recently bought their products, my desktop crashed and I had to replace it. I lost my software. I wrote and explained my situation and had a swift positive response that means within a day or so I was able to use the software again. Great service

Ich hatte die Software gekauft um meine Blu-ray Sammlung in MKV's zu rippen und auf meiner NAS im Heimnetzwerk zur Verfügung zu haben. Das rippen funktioniert, nur leider funktioniert es nicht die Untertitel mitzubekommen.

In der Testversion wurde ich nach Erstellung einer ISo-Imagedatei aufgefordert eine beschreibbare DVD in mein externes DVD-Laufwerk einzulegen. Leider hat das Programm die DVD nicht erkannt. Nach weiteren 3 versuche habe ich abgebrochen und das Programm deinstalliert. Ich habe mir inzwischen ein komplett kostenloses Programm heruntergeladen. Mit dem hat alles sofort funktioniert.
