While it turned out that I had a defective Blu-Ray player in my PC, it was never suggested by VideoByte makers that I investigate that possibility. As a troubleshooter, that might have been one of my first questions: Have you checked the reliability of your BD-DVD player? I am NOT a troubleshooter; I sought help from the "professionals" who repeatedly and routinely asked questions about the functionality of the software and how I was using it. It all turned out to work just fine in the end although converting Blu-Ray disks to mp4 is a long and time-consuming process, which the Seller never explains. Thank you for your help.

Everything was great! I asked all the questions about the difference between DVD and BD transfers to MP4 and got quick and to the point answers.

I've been using VideoByte since around 3 Months, first the free plan, but since a few Weeks i bought the Month Subscription and im very happy with VideoByte. I'll probably extend my subscription once its over. I can only recommend this!
