die Software wäre Gut, aber wenn man Probleme hat zb.mit dem registrieren, meldet sich niemand trotz der Werbung das man umgehend hilft, für mich ist das keine seriöse Firma!

Sans trop avoir affiné mes recherches, j'avais lu que VideoByte était un très bon logiciel pour l'extraction de contenu sur Blu-Ray. J'ai donc acheté ce produit. Très vite, je me suis rendu compte de mon erreur car le logiciel ne fonctionne tout simplement pas. J'ai essayé avec plusieurs disques Blu-Ray mais rien n'y fait. Mon lecteur fonctionne très bien vu qu'avec un autre logiciel (MakeMKV) l'extraction fonctionne parfaitement bien. Avec l'adresse du site en .fr, j'ai même cru que c'était un site français et après recherche, la société (???) est basée à Hong Kong. Leur politique de remboursement est très évasive et je ne suis même pas certain d'être remboursé ! Donc, logiciel à éviter !!!

I’m writing this to warn other customers, because my experience with VideoByte BD‑DVD Ripper has been extremely disappointing. I purchased the software because their website stated it supported SRT subtitles. This feature was essential for me — as a deaf user, subtitles are not optional, and I always check for SRT support before buying any media software. Despite this, the program does not embed SRT subtitles at all. It only produces bitmap/VobSub subtitles, which is not what was advertised and not what I needed. I contacted VideoByte support immediately and provided everything they asked for: logs, screenshots, sample files, and detailed explanations. Over several weeks, I received repeated requests to “wait” while they investigated. Eventually, they confirmed they could not fix the issue. What shocked me most was that they then denied their own advertising, suggesting their website had never claimed SRT support. This was especially frustrating because SRT capability was the sole reason I purchased the software, and I had checked this very carefully before buying. Despite acknowledging the technical fault, VideoByte refused to issue a refund. Their refund policy states they refund for technical problems, but this was not honoured in my case. The delays also meant the situation passed beyond PayPal’s 30‑day dispute window, leaving me unable to raise a claim there. I ultimately had to go through my bank, who reviewed the full email chain and evidence and resolved the case in my favour. This experience has been time‑consuming, frustrating, and completely avoidable. Based on my experience, the software did not work as advertised, support was unhelpful, and the refund policy was not honoured. I strongly recommend that potential customers exercise caution before purchasing from VideoByte.

Scam company. They claim to have a 5 day money back guarantee, but they do not. They need you to go through all these steps. Additionally, all the information they requested was provided in the first email. Whoever read the email saw the word cancelation and replied with a clearly AI generated, canned message. Poor experience. Wasted money.

J'ai acheté un logiciel de copie de dvd sur le site videobyte.fr. Accusé de réception avec facture mais pas de code pour enregistrer l'achat et utilisé le logiciel. Ensuite vu que le contact est à HONG KONG. J'ai envoyé un e mail mais pas de réponse. J'aurai du faire attention que le prix était environ la moitié de la concurrence

Wanted access to my TurboTax folder. Why?

VideoByte BD-DVDリッピングソフトを購入した。音声や字幕の言語をプルダウンメニューで選んでリッピングするが、指定通りの言語にならない。編集ソフトに入れると英語と日本語が混ざった音声トラックがひとつあるだけなので、編集用として使い物にならない。字幕も、プルダウンで選んでいるにもかかわらず焼かれないことが多い。メニューバーの「設定」メニューでデフォルトを選んでも、その通りにならない。FabDVDやAnyDVDなど他のアプリではこんな経験は一度も無かったので、明らかにおかしい。サポートに連絡し、ログファイルや検証用のリッピングしたファイルも何度も送っているが、再生ソフト側で音声を変更しろなどと対処療法ばかり示してきて、根本的なアプリの不具合の問題に向き合ってくれない。返金できるかできないか検証するのに30日待てと言われ、またログファイルを送れと言われている。ビデオ編集に必要なファイルを得ることができず、他のアプリを購入して仕事をしなければならないが、同じ目的のアプリを同時に二つ購入することは許されていないので、１日も早く返金してほしい。 追記(2月5日)　1月26日に不具合の報告をしてから、先方の言う通りに必要なファイルを送り、それだけでもかなりの時間を取られて困っているのに、手違いでそのファイルを失くしたのでもう一度遅れと言ってきた。不具合があることは明白なのに、引き伸ばして疲れさせて諦めさせる作戦なのか。不誠実な会社である。商品代金以上のものを奪われるので、この会社から製品を購入しないほうが良いと思う。 追記２ 問い合わせをしてから５週間、先方の要望で検証用のファイルを全て提出してから１ヶ月、「来週お返事できる目処」と言われから２週間放置されています。信頼できないいい加減な会社だと思います。
