I upgraded my OS and needed a new license code. The next morning I received it. The software works just as it is supposed to. It has not failed to backup any of my Blu-ray or DVD disc. I have two other programs that backupBlu-ray and DVD's but not like this one. It is easier to use and is quick to ripp the Blu-rays and DVD's. For the linux users out there, I installed a trial version on Linux Mint 22.1 using the current version of wine 10.00. It installed and runs great. No issues. It found the disc drive and recognized it immediately.That is the problem with a lot of windows apps running in linux under wine. Oh, by the way, when using wine make sure it is set for Windows 10. Either way this program get's the job done with no problems to report. Support is always there and very helpful. I will reccomend this software to everyone who needs a Disc backup or ripper solution.

The support people are responsive, friendly, and helpful. Also, the program is quite powerful and easy to use.

I emailed their support desk on Saturday afternoon and they got back to me first thing Monday. Very quick response. Their reply was clear, polite and friendly and gave me my existing licence key as requested to install the software on my new computer

Had an issue with the product. Company engineers were able to resolve it and send me a version to test. The new version worked great.

I emailed support with my registration information and they reset my account so that I was able to install the software on my new laptop.

Rebuilt my PC and reinstalled Videobyte, thought it was on two PCs so would accept my key. Emailed support and the reset my key without any problem. Quick and efficient, NO uninstall, no new keys, no protracted emails. Excellent service. Program works quite well also!

Since I use Apple Macs, I was having trouble with finding reliable software to back up some of my Blu-ray Discs. After much research, I decided to try Video Byte’s free trial and it seemed to offer everything I needed. First I tried it on an older Mac Mini M1. But this Mac had slower processor with limited memory and available drive space. I contacted VideoByte and they offered for me to try it on my newer MacBook M3 Pro with much more memory and storage. Now it ran more than twice as fast and got the job done!
