Very pleased with this software (BD-VD Ripper purchased 19/09/2025) and their support team. I had a problem with my registration I contacted their support team through the feedback option in the software explaining my problem on the Friday 26/09/2025 and received a reply and solution on the Sunday 28/09/2025. Would Definitely recommend this software

Because support for Windows 10 will end on October 1, 2025, I bought a new computer with Windows 11. When transferring VideoByte BD-DVD Ripper to the new computer, I couldn’t reuse my registration code. From the FAQs on the website, I understood that a reset of the registration code was required. A simple email to the support team, and it was quickly arranged.

I have found the disc ripper really good, but I needed help with the default settings for the subtitles. Having failed to work it out for myself, I contacted VideoByte. The reply was both prompt and clear. Problem solved. If only all companies were as helpful

コンピュータ買い替えに伴って、登録コードを移行したいと考えたのですが、サポートにメールしたところ敏速に対応していただけました。ソフトウエア自体に、登録コードを無効にする機能があるともっと良かったと思います。
