VideoByte BD-DVD Extractor program for windows 10 works well. I had a problem and I reported it to support and they fixed it right away.

At first I had a hard time because of problems, not caused by Videobyte. The people helping me with Videobyre were great. They were patient, professional and knowledgeable. They got me through it and now I am having no problems. I am enjoying their product. Thank you to the technicians that solved my problem.

Very easy to communicate with.

My experience with Video Byte has been great. Downloaded file, installed easily, works smoothly on my iMac, has read every DVD and Blu-ray disc I've thrown at it (about 65 or more), and RIPs look terrific. My only minor gripe is that the standard presets for output formats are not set to high quality, so I just made new HQ presets for 720p, 1080p, etc. Customer service has also been superior—I ordered Windows version by mistake, contacted them, and they sent new installation keys within a couple of days. Keys were broken again when I bought a new Mac, contacted them, got new keys quickly. Overall as good or better product and service than I'm used to from Microsoft, post-Jobs Apple, and most corporate entities these days, who put dollars over customer needs.

DVD Ripper worked very well. Even better is the support I received! I had two issues (mostly my unfamiliarity with the app) and I sent email to customer service. Within 24 I received responses with solutions. Wow. Real people that help fast. Bar none the best experience I’ve had with an online app purchase in a LONG time. Two thumbs way up Videobyte 👍🏽👍🏽!

Thoughtful and useful responses

Newer customer, but I bought the program, received my mega digit registration code almost immediately, registered the program and hit the ground running. Program makes great copies and it's fast, under an hour per disk. Works fine, lasts a long time and doesn't roll over backwards. Ripped 6 movies today, 3 Blu ray, 3 dvd with excellent results. I did find that on playback of ripped files, VLC plays back great, Windows Media gives audio problems, playing dual tracks, sound drop out ect. Using Windows 11 on 2025 HP laptop.

Great software. I have bought a lifelong license a few years ago. Recently I've replaced my desktop and had difficulties in installing the program on my new PC. The Videobyte support team quickly responded on the message that I have send them and with their help I could succesfullt reinstal the software.
