I had a great experience with Vida, a very unique dating service. If you sign up with Vida, you’re going to work with a team. A photo team to make sure you present yourself at your best. Writers able to match your voice. And a matchmaker who will set up dates. Lidia Fawkes was great and very helpful.

I take my clients’ experience and satisfaction very seriously, and I’m so disappointed to hear you don’t feel what you paid equals the value of the service you received. I’m happy we were able to get you 2 date opportunities before you stopped! You were “live” for just over 2 weeks when you paused, so it’s unfortunate we didn’t get a full month of search & messaging time! As I explained when you first came onboard, we generally recommend a minimum of two months of active service in order to show you what we can really do. The first month we heavily devote to the setup process, as that typically takes 10 or more days. During the second month, we focus solely on connecting you with quality matches. I know you had expressed some concern that the first batch of matches we sent to you didn’t meet your criteria. Taking your feedback and fine-tuning your search is a key component of the initial process, and I’m happy that we were then able to get you two phone numbers from matches you did approve! As to your comment that the list of matches you received was ‘pre-prepared,’ I’m not entirely sure what you mean by that. We take your list of criteria and hand-select compatible matches, then present them to you. That’s part of the service you pay for! I don’t see where we set you up with any “catfish” or “complicated” men, unless you’re referring to the match from eHarmony you got before you started your VIDA service. You thought he wasn’t as established in his career as a financial advisor as he claimed to be in his profile. That’s actually one of the biggest values your writer brings to the table - they ask the “tough” questions so you don’t have to! Whenever you have a specific question you want answered before you agree to meet or exchange phone numbers with a particular match, all you have to do is let me know and the writer will make every effort to get an answer for you in a conversational, tactful way. It’s what they excel at! As I said earlier, we take customer service very seriously, and strive for continuous improvement. After reviewing your account, optimizing your photo lineup was an area where we could have improved your VIDA experience. We strongly recommended adding a few professional photos to your lineup, and offered to connect you with both our in-house stylist and one of our excellent lifestyle photographers in your area. But you requested to proceed without adding better photos to your lineup, even though our Photo Department Manager warned you that may negatively impact your results. In hindsight, I wish we would have pushed a little harder to get better photos instead of trying to make the existing ones work. Because we did you a bit of a disservice by saying we’d make your photo lineup instead of insisting you meet our photographer, I’d like to offer you 2+ weeks of complimentary service if you’re open to getting those photos taken by a professional. I’m confident that with more optimal photos, we will find some amazing men for you to meet!

had no idea how to online date after becoming single and wanted to do it right.... I ended up meeting someone special in person, but VIDA also found a lot of great matches for me. The entire team was professional, engaged, positive and pleasant. They saved time and screened good leads for me. It's pricey but if yo're a busy professional it's worththe time saved.
