Stress ruined me
I found Vidal during an extremely stressful time in my life. I suffered a pregnancy loss, had multiple family members and friends pass away, and planned a wedding within 6 months. My body systems were not working properly, even though I thought I was doing everything right. I came across Vidal on IG and my life has been completely changed. Jenny Rich is one of the best human beings on the planet. She’s such a supportive and motivating coach to where I stayed on track with all of my protocols. My body and hormones are now functioning properly and I’m ready to start trying to conceive again! This company is the best in the functional nutrition field!!

Gut health and fitness goals
I worked with Shannon Smelosky for a few months and had such a great experience. She’s incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your progress. Shannon gave me amazing tips on peptides and helped me understand what my gut really needed. She explains things in a way that makes everything feel doable, and she’s always so friendly and easy to talk to. I truly loved working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for real guidance, support, and results. She’s amazing to help you with gut health and fitness goals !!

To my sweet health coach Miss Mikaylee
To my sweet health coach Miss Mikaylee, I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for all the patience, kindness, and validation you’ve shown me throughout this journey. When I was struggling with IBS and unable to tolerate even the simplest vegetables, you met me with understanding instead of frustration, and with solutions instead of judgment. Your proactive approach and positive problem-solving made such a difference. You helped me feel supported, capable, and hopeful—something I truly needed. Thanks to your guidance, I’ve been able to heal in ways I wasn’t sure were possible. Thank you for being such a steady, compassionate presence and for helping me reconnect with my health. I’m so grateful for you.

Great results and experience working with coach Jen Navon!
I worked with coach Jen Navon and had great results. I started working with her to address my endometriosis and inflammation but we evolved together to also target hormone imbalances, weight loss, and general well being. She is excellent about catering the program to your needs and budget. And she set me up to be successful on my own. She used to be a teacher so she is great at explaining things and the why behind what you're doing. I would highly recommend working with her!

My experience with Amanda
I went into this experience not expecting any results. I was consistently fatigued and my gut issues were shocking. When I first met with Amanda she put me on my first diet which I was not keen on but I stuck it through and was strict with it. After 2 weeks I had already seen results so I kept going. 2-3 months later I am completely back on my feet and I couldn’t be more grateful for Amanda and Vidal. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Seeing real shifts in just two weeks and feeling fully back on your feet within a few months is such an incredible testament to your dedication and Amanda’s thoughtful guidance. We’re grateful you trusted us with your health and so happy you’re feeling like yourself again. Thank you for the kind words and for recommending us!
