I started working with Cassandra is September of 2023. I have nothing but great things to say. Cassandra changed my life. I was on a trajectory to be a product of my genetics and unknowingly poor habits that I thought were healthy. She was able to get my PCOS and insulin resistance into remission and now I am 15 weeks pregnant. I am forever grateful to Cassandra. Working with Vidal Coaching, and specifically my coach Jen Navon, has been a really great experience, especially as I started working with her when I was in a vulnerable place about 8 months postpartum with my first child. Jen was super supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my success. She also helped to educate me about what was going on in my body and how the work I was doing was going to address the root cause of my issues (a lot of it hormone, cortisol and blood sugar related). We also ran labs and various tests to base our protocols in data and see how I was responding to the protocols. I was regularly in touch with Jen via our monthly check-in as well as email to ask questions or make changes. After more than a year of work together I was able to lose almost 40lbs and feel truly back to myself. I was also able to return to olympic weightlifting and learn to trust my body and intuition again with food and know what works well for me. I'm grateful for the work we were able to do together and would recommend Jen to anyone interested in leveling up their health game!

I worked with Kristen for just under 3 years. I found Kristen I when I was desperate for answers that 13+ doctors couldn’t give me about my missing menstrual cycle. I was dismissed time and time again and was told my only option was IVF when I wanted to have children in the future. I tried all the things but was having no success. I finally had to take matters into my own hands and that’s when I found Kristen and my life changed! I was struggling to get my period back for over 5 years after coming off birth control. As I mentioned, doctors just dismissed me saying I was healthy and not to worry. But I know getting a menstrual cycle is so important! Kristen helped me with ALL the tools to work toward getting my cycle back. It was so much more mental work than I expected, but was so needed! It took time, but it was worth it! She’s a WEALTH of knowledge about hormones and the female body. I feel like I could talk to her about everything! She truly LISTENS and applies her knowledge to help you get in tune with your body and get to the root cause!! She was more helpful than most doctors I went to. She taught me to advocate for myself and be confident in my decisions. Kristen is truly a gift! I truly don’t believe I would have gotten pregnant naturally without her guidance from the years prior. Anyone struggling with hormones- she’s your girl! You won’t regret it!
