If you go to cancel this company they will nickel and dime you to Death. be prepared to pay a lot of money just to cancel this service the service isn’t all it’s cracked up to be be very wary and cautious of getting this service. plan on counseling at two months in advance if you call and tell it on the wrong day which is always the wrong day they’re still going to charge you one more month before they will turn it off then be prepared to climb on your roof and disconnected Mail it back that cost up to $300. I have their service agreement where I don’t pay for service calls that does not count for them coming out to remove it off your roof once again just got me one nickel and dime you to get rid of their service the service is not what it’s cracked up to be and it’s not very good plan on watching all videos 720 or lower unless you like buffering

Super shady company

This service and company deserves 0 stars if that was an option. This is the worst service ever. Any time i have tried to get tech support and report/resolve my issues it is a dead end. Same result every time, no resolution. Poor customer service. Terrible service. They overcharge and charge outrageous rates for basically no service. Out of a months worth of service we may get 3 days of service the rest, just count it as a loss, when we are no where near the "cap" when its suppose to be "unlimited". I cannot stress how unacceptable this service is and how terrible it is, and to top it off, charging outrageous prices.

Mi sono iscritto al programma move in ad agosto .da allora sto aspettando che attivino il servizio. Ho fatto almeno 100 telefono nate e la risposta e' sempre la stessa manderemo solleciti ai tecnici ..ho pagato un servizio che nn ho mai avuto perlomeno cercate delle soluzioni alternative... incavolato nero..

My mom lives in a rural area where the internet choices are scarce. She went with HughesNet and they overcharge and under provide on their services. I started looking for other possibilities and ViaSat does a lot of advertising. I called but their prices are steep, so I wanted to call around a bit more before settling with them, even though she claimed that HughesNet and their company ViaSat were the only internet providers in town and they were the best...they offered to do a call back for the next day at 2pm. By then, I found another affordable provider and awaited their call to tell them she went with someone else. The customer service rep asked if it was a good time to talk, I said yes, and then told them we had went with someone else and he hung up ending the call which is highly unprofessional. My husband called back to see if the phone was disconnected somehow but we reached another rep who couldn't give the information of the previous caller. Don't go with this company, they are high priced, rude, unprofessional liars. Choose Vexus...affordable friendly and underrated.

Su input della mia assicurazione, ho installato il gps Viasat sulla mia Audi. Purtroppo non è servito a nulla in quanto la mia auto è stata portata via. Mi sono accorto del furto alle ore 11.00 circa, chiamo Viasat per segnalare il furto e l'operatore si limita a registrare la denuncia di furto senza dare alcuna spiegazione. Guardo sul mio telefonino e noto di aver ricevuto UNA telefonata con prefisso Roma (penso sia stata Viasat) alle 04.00 di notte, nessun SMS. Normalmente una persona alle 04.00 di notte dorme, e se non rispondo mi aspetto che la telefonata venga ripetuta fino a quando si ha una risposta del cliente. Nulla di tutto ciò, alla faccia del servizio h24. Mi sono chiesto perchè le assucurazioni incentivano l'installazione del gps? Per proteggere la vettura? Secondo me è la risposta di facciata, vera al 30%, il restante 70% è per permettere alle assicurazioni di contestare la tua richiesta di risarcimento in caso di sinistro ( in primis la velocità,è tutto tracciato col gps). Conclusione? Non farò più assicurazione con gps, e se gps vorrò installare me lo scelgo io al di fuori dell'assicurazione e certamente non Viasat.

What a mistake! I work from home and inquired before starting what the service times/costs would be. I was told there were no concerns except electrical outages. However, in their terms, which you do not have the opportunity to read before signing up, it is stated they do not have to let you out of your contract or give you a discount until you have been without internet for 30 days or more. Not a joke. And even when your service is "working", it is incredibly slow despite the results of the speed tests they run. Do expect to work from home, stream a You Tube video or watch TV in the evening. Its just not going to happen. And DO not, let me repeat this DO not pay for the Lifetime equipment. It is not what you think or how it is explained to you by their sales department. You are simply paying up front. They will not refund if they are not able to provide service to you. Truly the worst I have encountered in the industry. Run, don't walk from this company

My husband lost his job and we had to cancel this service. It was high priced we paid 170. A month. I asked them to wave the disconnection fee. And was told only if the person who open the account dies. I wasn't even told their was a fee till they had me set up and running are about other plans. It's like pulling teeth to talk to them. Plus I ran over my plan and called and ask how that happen. They said watching movies on TV. I said no one has watch movies. My tv is not setup for that. It's a smart tv. So even you don't watch movies they charge the energy. Because it showed wifi. Still had a slow connection to go from one page to another on the internet. I would not tell anyone to use this service. They will not work with you. Poor service. They said will disconnect in Dec. I guess they want to add to the bill I am not going to pay.
