Viasat must be some kind of shell company. They do not seem to have any, and I mean any U.S. based customer support presents. When you call the customer service numbers you always get outsourced personnel from countries where English is level 2 at best. It is extremely frustrating to get anything accomplished through customer service because they just simply do not understand what is being said to them. So far the only person I have reached that understood and spoke English turned out to be a third party answering service for the company that had no ability to help me. I have attempted to cancel my service twice with them so far but they keep billing my credit card. The number to call for help or account questions for them listed on my credit card statement is a nonworking number if that tells you anything. I think at this point I will have to contact the Attorney General in my state and ask them to take some kind of action. If it were possible to leave a negative 5 star rating I would. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. They provide you with terrible internet service and then turn their backs on you and steal your money.

Cosa dire fantastici! Contattato mesi fa (5-6) ahimè ho detto che ero interessato…. Mi dicono che sarei stato chiamato dall’installatore…. Niente piu non sento e non vedo nessuno non ho dispositivi a bordo e non usufruisco di nessun servizio…. Oggi mi chiama un recupero crediti per una mora sulla fattura di installazione del dispositivo sulla mia auto da parte di un fantomatico installatore. Che dire….. impreparati, inadeguati statene alla larga!

I made an appointment to have my dish moved, I have the after care insurance and was to be charged $95 dollars, the Tech came out and told us we would have to pay an additional $75 dollars, I was never informed of this extra charge beforehand. I cancelled the appointment and was still charged the $95. I complained of course and was given 20 extra gigs a month for a year, that lasted 3 months I called about that and of course it was a run around and I didn’t get it back, Bad customer service and barely there internet.

Do not ever sign up with Viasat - they are horrible, and vile, and they will trick you to stay on the account. They cheated me out of a lot of money, claiming that they are not responsible for any charges. I can not stand them.

Come sto leggendo, servizio non funzionante ed allarmi fantasma. staccato per la maggior parte del tempo per evitare levatacce notturne mi ritrovo con ingiunzione di pagamento per rinnovo automatico dopo aver più volte detto al telefono che non rinnovavo, ovviamente non hanno ricordato a nessuno di mandare una pec. se qualcuno vuol fare azione legale, personalmente sono a dispo. Danni ed articolo a costo loro sul giornale sui loro disservizi sono ciò che vorrei cercare di raggiungere.

Not sure why this company still exists. Slow speeds. Awful customer service. Even the app is slow. Don’t let anyone convince you this is ever worth paying for.

Well, I just got off the phone with Viasat about two hours ago. My story starts with ACP. I had a ACP with Hughesnet First and then Vic second and both did me dirty. When ACP was coming to an end after I had signed Up with Hughes in October so I switched to Viasat because Hughes Because my upcoming bill was $100 I asked why and they claim claimed ACP had ended, And that that’s why I was going to be charged full Price which was a A lie because, ACP had not ended yet. You just had to be with your Internet provider signed up, By A certain month so I thought I was in the clear because I had my provider and signed up with ACP so I thought. So So I switched providers I switched to Viasat. Viasat was more than happy to sign me up and claimed to be nothing like Hughesnet and have faster speeds. The first month was over they started to charge started To charge full price just like Hughesnet did. I Customer service to ask about The upcoming bill And why I was being charged when I was on ACP they Claimed they had no history of me being signed up for ACP theough their company. I said “”well how did I receive services and the first month no charge”? they replied saying “they didn’t know and they didn’t have No record Of me having Ever having ACP , With them. SoI have been paying The past months since $95 For 35 GB. I do live in the rule area and the Internet hasn’t been good at all since the first month of free Internet and I just paid them last week and my Internet just slowly slow down to not working at all, now they are saying on the 14th they are going to bill me $124 for the 35 GB plan I had. I asked why it was so high they said the first three months were a discount and now it’s gonna be full price. I called him them today because my Internet had stopped working and I had just paid them two weeks ago. They say my Internet it’s off-line. They are going to have to send a technician out to fix it. And They cannot reassure that I will not be charged for the technician coming out, I asked if I would be compensated For the weeks, I will not have Internet. They said they will add it as credit to my account. And ironically the technician isn’t coming out until the 14th which is the date of my next bill of $124. I had responded and compensated for the amounts I never received Internet. So I don’t trust them. I believe it’s all part of their plan to have me pay $124 and some. And get $124 from me before I decide to cancel my account. Because Both Hughesnet and falsely claimed I had ACP I lost my ACP. Both companies promised a bonus to sign on. Hughes net was $200 and Viasat was $100 credit. I asked Vat about my hundred dollars bonus and if I could put that towards my bill, But they don’t give promotions And he doesn’t know Bevery giving out promotions and it had to be a third-party vendor, and I don’t know who the third-party vendor would be, they claim they don’t know of any promotion. And if so it would be from a third-party vendor. who is the third-party vendor? ACP is already giving free Internet. Also I read on ACP site that they are supposed to give their highest fastest Internet because that’s what they are getting paid for and Hughesnet Charged a dollar for their lowest Internet, then four dollars then seven then 15 further best Internet and claimed I could change it later. When I did run out of high-speed data, the data completely cut off and they claimed it was unlimited They suggest I purchased tokens and tried to bill me for my tokens. Why is that is billing me the $15 for their modem What was the agreement in the beginning? Had recently got a hold of me through email because I had left a complaint they claimed I do still have my ACP in my life with Cell One and Cell One shouldn’t have any reason for not giving me my ACP because they are getting paid for it then call Cell One and they claim that I have to go in person to fix my address because I gave them the wrong Address and they cannot fix it over the phone so with whatever months were remaining of the ACP I never received it and they are all a bunch of liars. I think deplete the funds they found out that these companies were the ones taking advantage. I read on ACP site that there are several Internet companies under investigation for charging customers when they were getting paid to give service with their Customers with their highest Internet Bundle.
