Absolute worst internet provider I have ever experienced!! After purchasing the equipment that did not work and charging us almost 300.00 a month we cancelled! He it is 1 year later and now they want us to return the equipment we purchased! Ontop of that they want us to take the dish apart and mail it back to them! So now we have to go to a house we lived at over a year ago onto a strangers property and ask for a dish if it’s even still there! HORRIBLE, RIP OFF, terrible customer service! I hope no one has to experience the crap we’ve had too!

Sto vivendo un'esperienza da incubo!l'antifurto parte in automatico anche quando sono all'interno del mezzo,mi dicono che non possono fare nulla,ma di chiamare l'assistenza;la contatto e mi dicono che il sistema va così, è funzionante e non possono fare nulla,un cane che si morde la coda! inefficace e inefficiente...e non parliamo di arroganza e maleducazione

Unbelievably bad service. We bought the new "unleashed" service for $99/mo. We were told we didn't need to lease the modem for the extra $15/mo because we already owned an viasat modem outright. We were assured that the we would only be billed the $99/mo. Of course they lied, and are billing us for a modem monthly. When I complained about it to customer "service" we were told that we were paying that fee for the "transceiver" (which was never mentioned to us when signing up. The technician who came to check out our modem told me they'd have to put in a new one, but we would not be charged because we already had one. Made no sense, but we fell for it. He took our old modem which belonged to us, saying he would mail it to viasat, so we would not be billed for a new one, but the customer service person said, "That isn't how it works, blah, blah, blah.” Speeds were guaranteed at a minimum of 25 mbps, but there have been times that we have been down to 1 mbps. They don’t seem to be doing anything about that, either. Normally, I never ascribe to deviousness what can better be ascribed to incompetence, but in this case it is apparently both. Upshot - avoid Viasat.

Told by sales I would get the 1st month at no cost due to a "special promotion". Then after using the internet for 5 days, I cancelled the service due to terribly slow speeds. Then was told that I would still have to pay a bill of $110. Not only did the sales team lie to me about the "special offer", but there is no "prorating" they charge you for the full month even if you have already returned the equipment. Genuinely have no idea why someone would choose to use this internet.

Nella giornata di ieri 16 aprile 2024, per problemi relativi all'attivazione del dispositivo VIASAT, ho contattato l'azienda tramite numero verde, l'operatrice con la quale ho parlato, nella persona della signora Angela Carangi, è stata di una cortesia ed elevata professionalità, pronta a risolvere nell'immediato il problema, a Lei vanno i miei più sentiti ringraziamenti.

Ridicoli, prendete per il c..o le persone, ho chiamato due volte per un problema, minuti di attesa, alla fine parte una voce pre registrata per lasciare una votazione per il servizio ricevuto….ma quale servizio se non ho parlato con nessuno. Non capisco perché esistiate…

I canceled my service shortly after getting it. Viasat provides internet service. The service did not work in the rural area I live in. I called viasat multiple times trying to get the issue resolved but nothing seemed to help. Service was purchased for doing simple things like checking emails or watching Netflix. I didn't even have service for a month when i canceled. They are still trying to c harge me even though bill was paid in full and all equipment returned. I have tried multiple times to resolve this with viasat and it looks like it still isn't resolve. They are rude when you call and they refuse to let you speak to a supervisor. To begin with they tried charging me more than the amount they say I owe now stating I didn't return equipment. And they did this months after equipment was returned. Thank God I did keep the tracking number and was able to prove that i did send it back. The bill was paid up to date when service was canceled due to service not working. I didn't even have service for 30 days when it was canceled due to service not working. I explained this to viasat multiple times and now they have turned my account into a collection agency which makes my credit score drop. Who do I need to reach out to to get this handled

Også siger man at tv-branchen aldrig fornyer sig. I det små gør de, ny er den latterlige lumre læspende mudderstemme, blevet trukket af stalden igen. Nu i en endnu mere katastrofal version. Idio--et er uden grænser, man tror, man kan sælge den mest dynamiske sport af alle - formel 1, med denne vamle uskønne drævende kloa-stemme, som bedre egner sig til oplæsning af slagtepriser på grise, i det Sønderjyske end noget andet. Men hos viasat der er der ingen problemer. Selv om branchen og seerne har skreget om kap af grin og gråd over dette læspende fænomen, men bare vendtl til folk har hørt hende som oplæser af ikke knækprosa i F1 reklamen. Folk mister sutten totalt. Nu hører vi en version af en drævende uskønne mudderstemme, der giver visioner om en slags Murermester Jessen i gl sorte gummistøvler og tilhørende slasket grimt tøj, der kæmper sig igennem mødningen, medens hun kæmper med udtalen og slæper sig igennem teksten med samme tempo som en brøndgraver med ondt i ryggen. Okay branchen har skreget af grin over hende igennem flere år, pga selvfedme hybris og virkeligt grimt tøj. Som et bevis på hvad nepotisme kan føre til, når man har tilpas fast greb om nødderne. Hvis man tænker resultatløn, skulle hun afvikle en gæld som en Storebæltsbro. Nu er det firma og annoncører der lider under mismanagement af firma og et velfortjent virkeligt råddent omdømme, alt sammen pga den systematiske protektionisme af en dybt dubiøs ansat. Så lad dog vore stakkels øre hvile lidt og lad samme Bozo pentionere - for alles skyld
