The technician was friendly and capable. He even worked in the cold rain to get my service back on.

Recieved wrong address when i spoken very clearly. Technician was 45 minutes late fornarrival due to address issues. Technician did not want to install the dish. Claiming I had to cut trees down to get a stronger signal. Had to convince him to install anyways. Tried to convince landlord that damaging the home instead of going through the window was more ideal. Poor communication with service teams. Calls abruptly hung up on. No feedback or calls back to verify information.

Had top installer. He even fixed my printer to work on Viasat.

Good job, people!

No internet since thanksgiving and now have to wait till the 19th of December and want me to pay bill and charge me a month when didn’t have internet for a month there’s the problem

We didn't have a service appointment, we upgraded our plan online. It was easy and quick.

It was a hastle to keep my old number so I got a new one. At least the spammers haven’t found me yet

It took most of a day to be able to contact viasat of service outage. I live in rural setting and only have cell phone service. Without wifi calling very sketchy. Trying to get tech to realise this is a problem within a problem.
