Installation technician was professional and experienced on sat location on premise.

He worked till he got it going right, where installer didn’t install correctly. The issues were from that. Hope this takes care of issue

Viasat installs the equipment out of reach and then wants to charge you for removal. The real problem is they refuse to remove the equipment at the time you move and charges you for 30 days of continued service after disconnection. Then thay want you to return to the property you moved from 30 days later to receive equipment they remove. It doesn't matter to them that you have no right to enter onto that property or remove anything at that point. When you try to talk to these people they become rude and overbearing because they can do so with immunity by their company. This is a HORRIBLE company!!

The service man was fantastic he was professional, nice and quick. Got the job done would highly recommend him.

The customer service representativewas very good. She understood everything that I was trying to do. She was able to answer all my questions and I help me.

I had to call 5 times and the issue still is not resolved. I'm hoping when the tech comes out here to realign our dish, he can help fish the actual problem we have been having since the install of satellite.
