I just wish that there would be other plans for consistent high usage.

My Television keeps cutting in and out and stalling and I am being told my service is fine, suggested I start going out and buy devices to improve "there" service.

What went wrong?!? Are you kidding me... The fact that we've had a TOTAL of my less than 24 hours of Internet, a service technician was supposed to come back out this past Tuesday between 8:00 - 11:00 am and didn't bother to show up or even call/email/txt to reschedule. Now we want absolutely NOTHING to do with y'all. Come get this cheap equipment and don't contact me AGAIN!

The service tech showed up early, fixed the problem promptly and explained everything he was doing. He was very professional and pleasant to do business with.

The rep could not explain why you would schedule an appointment without verifying that a tech was available at that time. I had to miss most of a day’s work for nothing, and now I have to miss another half day when you finally reschedule. If this happens again, I will cancel the service.

I had to cancel my credit card due to fraud and would not get the new card for 10 days. I got an email requesting that I update my payment information. When I called I could not get through to anyone to explain the problem. I finally texted and got a response. Your automated system should allow customers to reach a service representative or supervisor.
