Well, for starters you didn’t tell me about the $75.00 installation fee. You also lied about how bad your service is. I was told that I would be able to have service on 4 new 4k tv’s and internet service for my pc. I cannot get service for 1 tv without buffering, and your service will not give me internet service for my pc, even when everything else in my house is shut off. Thanks for wasting my time and money on you. I will be informing everybody and everyone about your services. Have a nice day.

They are fair an easy an when asked will provide a reasonable response. Sometimes not very quick but being busy but will respond an answer one's questions

Very good updates for installation appointments. Install tech very courteous and knowledgeable

I'm having a problem with my Internet. I called and we did troubleshoot and agent said call back if this doesn't fix issues. I called back next day and agent did same trouble shooting. Said if problem persists call back. Still having problems.
