The technicians were awesome! They were respectful, professional and excellent customer service! Both of them make a great team work!

The first person I talked with hung up on me. I called back and got someone different. They were very helpful, easy to understand. Although it didn't resolve the issue, it gave me more of an understanding.

Extremely terrible service. Unreliable. Random goes down and have to fight to get it to come back on. Slow speeds. I pay for 50. They tell me to expect high 30s, I get 2to3 on average. Overpriced. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.

Your internet is very, very slow and when you buy the best one. You still get the slowest plan and you HAVE to buy more data.

Always a hassle. It would be nice to talk with someone who speaks English. It would also be nice to have the customer service rep explain that I needed an upgrade and schedule the service instead of just sending out a technician who had to call for authorization and then had to have me call Viasat as well.
