I didn’t get the best discount for signing up but the internet is good.

The installer showed up late and did not have all the proper materials. I had to give him $80 cash to go to Home Depot to get what was needed. My Wi-Fi is still somewhat slow. And I’m receiving local stations from the eastern time zone. My local news channels were from South Carolina when they should be from Dallas Fort Worth. It finally corrected itself after about a week and a half but then several days later I was receiving local stations from Denver, Colorado. It is now corrected back to Dallas Fort Worth again. At times the reception is terrible.

Service sucks. Price is high for never being able to actually use the Internet bc it is so slow!!!

I never got any bill, paper or email, showing what I am supposed to pay, nor have received any kind of receipt for payment. I am not happy doing that kind of business. Please send both bill and receipt ASAP, if not immediately. Thank you.
