Very professional on time

We have really poor signal and it is really slow. You would think if you paid 100$ a month for wifi internet, you would expect better signal & faster internet speed.

I had only been a customer for a couple weeks when I lost service. Technician canceled and made a new appointment, then on that day, technician called and canceled again, leaving me without service for almost 2 weeks. During that time the bill was also taken from my bank account paying for service that I didn't have. Had to add Hotspot on my phone daily to be able to do homework, work from home or watch tv. Very horrific experience and I'm not happy at all.

Signal goes in and out and not able to work from does to this issue. Thought the service was better. This has happened since we got the service on 11-17.

The service installer was later than they committed too, but once he got there, the service was great and he was very helpful.

The installer did a great job of installing and making it look like it was meant to be there. Haven't had any issues getting internet. Thank you.

We upgraded our internet and still deal with buffering.

So far so good.
