Ordering was easy, and once they received the written prescription, I had it in 2-3 days.

They are easy to work with, professional, always answer the phone during their work hours, helpful and nice! They sell quality products. The website is quite easy to use. Some times shipping can take some time if you use their least expensive shipping. When needing the prescription quickly I suggest using the priority or faster and ordering early in the day.

I had issues with my vet assigning wrong strengths. I was notified immediately and was able to contact my vet and fix it.

The order took much longer than I expected. The bottle, while it had not appeared to leak was sticky.

I placed my order and had changed vets. I updated my info with everything but the fax number which I did not know. (I assumed VerRxDirect could get this). Wrong! My order sat there with no correspondence from them. It took more than 1 call to get my order processed. Very disappointed as I have used them many times. Also, it seems like they would do something to keep me as a customer. Nothing!! I also used them because I could get my meds cheaper (otherwise why not get them at the vet!) Unable to find a coupon but I did get free shipping. I will be changing to another service that provides more perks than this online vet.
