I ordered the medicated shampoo that works best for my dog. It was the same exact product I get from my vet; however, even with shipping I saved $12 and it was at my house within 3 days! I am very satisfied and will be a repeat customer.

I ordered Soft Chews Tear Stain to help eliminate tear stains from my two white Maltese/King Charles Cavalier dogs. They definitely work, but not as quickly as I'd hoped - this is my second order from VetRXDirect. Both times the items arrived quickly and as specified.

Ordered from VetRxDirect because of the great price for my dog's medication. They were helpful in working thru an issue with getting the prescription from my vet. Ian very happy with the fast delivery. And my dog loved the added dog treat!

I had some issues with a prescription when a phone message from my vet never got recorded. Due to not noting her instructions, the prescription was not sent. I had one day's worth of medication left for my cat which she cannot miss. I wrote to VetRxDirect and told them about the problem and how I needed the medication immediately. They looked into it right away, updated my information, and then shipped my medication overnight. I received it the next day and my cat was taken care of. This is exceptional customer service and rare in this world. I am very grateful for their ability to make their mistake right. Perfection is not required in an Internet company but dealing promptly with the imperfection is. They have my return business forever.
