This was a late refill and I thought it would take extra time for them to call my vet and get another script, but however they went about getting this filled, it happened in a timely manner. It shipped and all is good. I like it when it things work like they are supposed to, because most of the time things go a stray. The End

I ordered drops for my 15-year-old, glaucoma-ridden beagle. The pressure in his left eye was 3x higher than normal and his 3rd eyelid was visible at all times. It was really important to me to get the drops in a timely manner, and VetRxDirect succeeded. The ordering process went by as fast as it can, with us mailing the prescriptions instead of them faxing the vet because we had problems with the vet and didn't want to involve them further with my beagle. Ordered Opti-immune for my poor little senior, I didn't receive the drops till almost 1.5weeks later. Then I open the package and see the tiny tube which was $40 bucks was practically filled with air and had a large puncture wound on the side of the tube. I called immediately to see if I could get another tube sent out, the representative was nice and to my knowledge had the replacement tube sent out within 24-48hrs. I will be able to send back the defected original. Thank you for the speedy rescue! My senior is on this med for life and is already blind in one eye, so planning to reorder with you guys (hopefully the remaining years of his life). Some coupons wouldn't hurt!!
